he abused market position and squashed competitors for pretty much his entire time at the helm of microsoft.
High probability OP would take a billion dollars, and still think themselves good. Lower than 50% that they would give it all away.
I mean, Gates is working on it. and Chuck Feeney did it in one shot. It would normally be significantly lower than 50%, but I gave OP the benefit of the doubt given their stated opinion of the wealthy.
