I'm not saying it's good or even super common, just observable. People make up names for people who think differently than them. Once a group hits a certain size, it's just pretty likely that they'll have those sorts of terms, even if only a small percentage actually use them.

Illegal immigration is a fiction anyway - seeking asylum is a legal right of all humans.

But legal and illegal are irrelevant distinctions to the trump regime's current ethnic cleansing campaign.

When there are more humans and everything is getting worse some people will suggest that more humans makes things worse and advocate for less humans to make things better.

The pejoratives thing is just how identities work - making fun of or insulting people who don't share your identity is just a near universal feature of having an identity.

The rich stealing hasn't been considered a crime for some time now.

Counterpoint - antinatalism is what you get when the world is objectively a much worse place during someone's prime reproductive years than it was during their childhood.

This illegal regime is trying to kill your grandma by cutting off Medicaid for thousands who need it to live.

Any regime moves involving rich celebrities are an intentional distraction from their latest plans to kill ordinary americans.

This is just reporting the regime's intention distractions.

I just can't imagine why any of those things rule out sleeping unburdened by clothes.

I suppose I understand if you're sleeping in the same room as 2 people you're not dating. But not if you have a separate room in an apartment or have sex with the other person in the bed.

Is this one of those weird American prudishness things?

Lol oops. I have no specific thoughts on pacificism, truth be told.

[–] Hegar@fedia.io 24 points 2 weeks ago (4 children)

It's important to question your beliefs when presented with evidence. My views on pacificism have loosened a lot, for example.

But the two view you mention are ones where the left is objectively correct. Homosexual behavior is a biological fact in almost all animals and non-binary gender systems exist across the breadth of human cultures.

Any belief system which serves as a permission structure for brutalizing others can safely be rejected as false.

YouTube ads are 100% scam from what I can tell.

At my work there's a computer that residents only use to listen to music on YouTube and after each song it's nothing but ai generated ads for some weird trick a housewife found and other blatant bald-face lies.
