I posted a lot of "the laws you create to silence others will be used to silence you" sentiments over the last decade to pretty cold responses. It was always concerning.
Counter-point though: this regime was always going to do this. Everything they're doing is something they were always going to do, don't play like the rest of us don't know.
I guess telling people vaccines cause autism can be an opinion since it's not based on facts.
Another fact is that there is a difference between spreading medical misinformation during a pandemic and opinions.

We're all (as political blocs) guilty of taking away people's livelihoods for unacceptable speech. I don't even mean dangerous speech, like vaccine disinfo, but people just being cunts and bigots. Pretending that we're free speech paragons in the face of the Kirk nonsense is silly and just gives those cretins all the impetus they need to carry on with it.
