People overestimate how much an aging population will be a burden in decades to come, because they underestimate the impact of robots.

This is such a bad idea, especially in nursing homes where falls are constant and life-threatening. When geriatrics fall, they tend to do so in awkward positions that are difficult to stop. Ambulating a patient is also a chance to assess them objectively. I've saved multiple people based on things I saw while they were moving that weren't apparent when they were in bed.
