Title that ignores its own article clearly, given what was talked about was something that hypothetically might allow a warp drive without exotic matter, but which moves at slower than light speeds and therefore still is not an ftl device.

I never even bother with articles or videos like this. When/if tech for this is real it will be talked about everywhere, you won't be able to miss the news about it.

I have one issue with humans attaining warp travel

Humanity needs to evolve and move past its dystopian tendencies and use of capitalism before it should go out there to the stars

Because if humans attained warp drive now it feels like colonailistic tendencies would be acted out or alien species would be influenced by our dystopian tendencies if we ever did attain warp travel and find alien species before we move past our dystopian tendencies
