It's not taking the option away, it's making it so it isn't mandatory. That's the goal of a small-government administration.
Cool. So those polio outbreaks only affect those who choose it. Yeah that makes perfect sense. Probably cheaper when its time to pay for the refrigerator trucks and mass burials too.
