Maybe that's the real Kardashev scale...
There is no "if", only "when". Zensursula von der Leyen worked hard to get this done and she is the de-facto commision head for the new cycle. Signal knows they can close their app when this legislation passes. Their main userbase are privacy-concerned nerds and journalists who know how to find or create a new de-centralized technology.
So do creeps btw. They will find ways to counter this.
Massive energy consumption. Huge datacenters and not enough green energy. Now they want to build small nuclear plants. Without talking about the waste problem.
The truth is, it’s stupid and people need to learn about it, understand it, and be trained in how to use it before it can be effective.
So, like a hammer. A very expensive, environment-destroying hammer.
Bazzite is awesome. Installed it yesterday, first "distro" that just works with everything out of the box, including Logitech Keyboard/Mouse and fan control. Had to switch to X11 with dual monitor setup and nvidia, but anything else is just smooth. No tinkering, no going back because that one programm doesn't work properly. Love it!
But did you talk about it with a medical trained person ? In the end its just a damaged nerve in your neck or sonething that can be easily fixed with proper care.
