Pick someone you know to be good at work or whose opinion you respect. Ask them to give it a look.
Typically they heal from necrotic energy instead of positive like living things. So a healing potion for a lich is effectively a vial of pain juice for something living.
Is this a common thing? Iβve also noticed this with ex Amazon managers if encountered in the workplace. Horribly incompetent, generally unpleasant to work with, but some how get themselves to get hired.
You look like you care enough to put on nicer clothes for the interview. That always a good way for me to tell that the interviewee understands that there are expectations and can meet them without me asking directly. Also that we live in a society that expects that
not stellaris but 4x with action point type system and card based actions. All in the stellaris universe/flavor. Sounds like fun to me
