It's stuff like food and medicine, things to combat the spread of HIV and other communicable diseases, poverty, and malnutrition.
USAID, for example

A fair number of friends and family have gotten counseling/therapy at one point or another for various things, be that depression, coming out, anxiety or interpersonal conflict. It universally helped everyone.
Everyone should have it. It's useful to have people give you solid advice, particularly ones that have no family or friend connections to you. It allows you to have very clear-eyed discussions.
It helped me immensely when I was struggling with coming out.
Tim Hortons? I thought that was owned by the taco bell conglomerate?
One of my friends blew his nose into some money once. I wouldn't snort drugs off money. Seems like a great way to get a weird nasal infection.
I should set one up. Is it a huge pain in the ass?
It seems foolish and young to me. Same as libertarian rules or rule by religious doctrine. None of that shit works. Just shiny little playthings to keep people distracted from real and genuine problems that cause an existential threat to all species living on earth.
We are so good at it, especially if the species is really rare.
Not that I'm aware of.
Black Mesa, if you are playing through the half life franchise. Also, probably one of the best remakes ever. I can't think of a remake better than the original, and I played HL and Black Mesa back to back to be sure.
Oviposition is already a thing, you can even get toys.
You might like Last Train Home. Every soldier loss is permanent and there's only so many you can find/rescue.
Based on true events, which is the most insane part. It's kinda like frostpunk and an RTS game mixed together, which is very satisfying. Souls-like difficulty.
