You make it sound as if the "left" in the US is as left as it should be and pushing it further is a bad thing. The "left" in the US are full on capitalism appreciators, even under the Obama admin which liberals look upon fondly large mergers and consolidation of power were allowed to happen. This country is lost if we act like one side is doing its job (doing things in the interest of the populace and not corporations).

Veganism is already healthy, affordable, and tasty. Ever heard of a bean? And only doing the ethical thing when it is also the easiest thing to do is just extreme egotism. I'm not saying anyone has to be a saint, but they should at least put more consideration into their actions than "How does this affect me personally?"
And people should drive motorcycles instead of cars because there are almost 10x as many car deaths each year!
I really did not enjoy Risk of Rain, RoR2 however I played many hours of.
I use my phone as a mobile computer, I almost never make calls with it. No way am I switching back.
