Correct. Learning a programming language is trivial. Far easier than a foreign language.

If we think of it in terms of learning a language, what matters is the grammar and ability to use it to struct prose to create a coherent story.

There's also a lot of reuse which requires knowing what's available. The closest analogy there is how music sampling is used.

Did they vote for Trump? Because if so, womp womp. Don't fucking care.

Otherwise, I wish them the best!

This is one of the last major things on their list of changes that they haven't forced through the system yet.

I hope it hurts the right people. I don't use any of that stuff and the people I know who do all vote consistently right.

Two years until there is any chance of shifting the balance. I hope these wake up but I have serious doubts that will happen. I am very confident the right wing media will convince them it's the left's fault.

I don't know how they'll do it but they've honed the propaganda skills necessary to make it happen.

The post didn't ask for ethical requirements to be included in the advice.

Appending additional personal requirements turns the conversation towards one's personal soapbox.

Sure, they can focus all their resources on making this specific line pure but then there are no resources left for the other thousand lines of materials.

But before all that it would be cheaper to own the pipeline and then we could sit around complaining about how Apple is plundering the resources of an African country.

Definitely. Egregious lack of foresight they the police office didn't write two tickets. One for her and one for the child she was carrying. Life begins at conception so that fetus is as guilty as she is.

That's going to depend on the location. I do not live in a heavily populated area so they are usually delivering one order at a time. The only time there was enough volume to stack orders was during Covid.

Definitely financial illiteracy.

I can afford it but refuse to use those services. They inflate the menu prices, add fees. I'm ok with tipping but not the rest of that.

Also, it's ridiculously inefficient compared to picking it up yourself. It's not just someone else is doing the drive for you. The delivery does work for the store so there is extra driving occurring, deadheading in trucker parlance.
