Migation is good but we need more varied immigrants. If you import only from one or few specific regions it's a recipe for cultural insularization. Get some people from South America, South and East Asia to complement the stream from North Africa and the ME.

Honestly we need more babies
Which, to succeed in this goal, we need to improve living conditions. Crack down on corporate profiteering, improve workers rights, make work pay again.
People will have more kids again when they can afford to. But then I guess it's easier to just import people that are easy to exploit.
That seems like a very specific alarm. Who built it and how loud is it?
