A.I isn't a bubble it's a cult. These zealots truly believe they are about to birth God and will burn the planet to the ground to find out.

Capitalists only know number go up. Finding something that already works and scaling it is the only skill they ever had.

It will either pop or the industry will get away with enshittifying it by making the AI responses advertise products.

Obviously...

They're building all these data centers and killing the planet, in the hopes someone, anyone, comes up with a viable way to monetize it.

Absolutely no one has to a level that justitifies the infrastructure buildup, but investors want to be "the first" so they're all dumping billions into it.

It's not a bubble, it's a timebomb. Eventually investors will yank funding and the vast majority of AI corps will declare bankruptcy.

If literally anything else because viable first, that's where the money will immediately go.

The Uber wealthy just need somewhere to park their stolen wealth, and due to how tax law is structured, they're gonna keep buying shares of startups.bevauae they'll essentially never pay taxes if they just take out loans against their shares.

They're willing to burn the planet down to avoid taxes, and they're actively doing so.

We can't generate enough electricity to run wide scale adoption of AI. Big tech is also using too much water cooling data centres for this to continue much longer.
