border-topless

This is his walk. How did he end up where he started?

Euclideanoids when faced with elliptic geometry

spoilerOn a sphere, what starting coordinate makes a triangle with that path instead of a partial square?

I see, we live in a planet that is 4 miles in circumference 👍

real non-euclidian heads rock equilateral triangles with 3 90° angles while planar kids get caught out.

~~Imagine drawing on a globe instead of drawing on a map. Now if you take any point on the globe and head "west" while remaining (roughly) equidistant to the north pole, the north pole will remain north, not north-east from your position no matter how far west you go.~~

Edit: Others already explained it, I just saw the dunking before I typed my message.

Polar bears pretty much attack on sight, so probably that, since barring elliptic geometry he walked 1 mile west but his corpse was carried back where he started. Grizzlies are more likely to attack than black bears but you have to have something they want usually (like food) since most bears are kind of lazy.

Unless he was a reactionary and encountered a hexbear.

No statistically that hexbear was also white

Just like the polar bear (Edit: Don't trust whites)

Considering how aggressive polar bears are I'm going to say red

Real bear heads know that the bear is black-skinned

I would walk 1000 miles south, and I would walk 1000 more West, just to be the gal who walked 1000 miles north to fall down at the pole

He was an older bear. White beard. Red cheeks.

[–] Cruxifux@feddit.nl 13 points 2 days ago

Hex coloured.

[–] alexei_1917@hexbear.net 8 points 2 days ago

Do we have to give the bear's fur colour as a hex code?

[–] Commie_Chameleon@hexbear.net 9 points 2 days ago

Looks pretty grey to me
