so he's openly admitting negligence to his constituency. how is he not already being sued?

[–] Doomsider@lemmy.world 5 points 2 days ago (1 children)

Probably standing and some sort of tort. The problem is people won't die immediately, but they will die later on as a result. This is what is so subversive about what they are doing.

Needless to say, he should be removed immediately.

What? People stand to eat pie all the time.

"Hahaha, good one Onion, you got me...

Wait, it's NOT the Onion?!"

Fuck Florida. Fall into the ocean already.

Never has this been more relevant.

Florida is just gross. Dangling off in the ocean like that. Ew.

Maybe if we all get out and push?

[–] TexasDrunk@lemmy.world 3 points 2 days ago (1 children)

Hop in the truck, we're headed down there.

Me too!

Wait, I'm already me... There's still only the two of us so far.

I use a walker, but I've got a little energy left

That's like 2.25!

[–] fartographer@lemmy.world 2 points 1 day ago

@TexasDrunk@lemmy.world said he's in, too! With two Texans on the team, that takes our 2.25 to 1.75!

Are we sure we want to pollute the surface ocean with an entire Florida? Send ‘em to the bottom of the Mariana Trench instead, let the pressure down there straighten ‘em out.

The planet is already working on it. Let's just help speed things along.

How is he still allowed to keep his licence?

[–] Marthirial@lemmy.world 11 points 1 day ago

It is Florida. They burn books and the police prevents the painting of rainbows.

It is basically the Dollar Store version of Hell. Kind of hot, full of old people, and the worst humans.

[–] ultranaut@lemmy.world 32 points 2 days ago (1 children)

If you look into how doctors are regulated in the US, it is a ridiculous and largely ineffective system that frequently fails to hold doctors accountable. Taking a doctors license happens way less than you would expect.

What do you call someone who graduated at the bottom of their class from the worst medical school?

Doctor.

Wish we could ban 75% of the current "administration' on vibes...

I have pretty negative vibes over pedos and pedo enablers being in office tbh

The next time I hear an antivaxer say something to the effect of, "The government shouldn't be telling me what I have to put into my body," I'm going to try to remember to respond with, "so you agree that the government shouldn't be restricting abortion access?"

[–] verdare@piefed.blahaj.zone 18 points 2 days ago* (last edited 2 days ago) (1 children)

It really seems like most people who say that really mean, “the government shouldn’t be telling me what to put in my body… but they should absolutely tell you what to put in yours.”

[–] mondomon@lemmy.world 2 points 1 day ago

Traveling to Florida feels like traveling to a developing country. The only difference is you don’t really feel any sympathy for the people that live there.

[–] MedicPigBabySaver@lemmy.world 1 points 1 day ago* (last edited 1 day ago)

Please, don't ever travel there again.

Whichever institution issued his diploma needs to revoke it.

[–] spazzman6156@sh.itjust.works 4 points 2 days ago

...or lose their accreditation

[–] EstraDoll@hexbear.net 9 points 2 days ago

well of course it was based off vibes, there's clearly no science out there that would say that this was a good idea

[–] CobblerScholar@lemmy.world 6 points 2 days ago

First do no harm right? Fuck this not a doctor
