I love the feature in Firefox where, when you right click a link, it gives you an option to copy the link without site tracking.

It's realistic to think that at some point in the future cancer will be one of those diseases that will be treatable with a few vaccines. Granted, we are probably looking at the next century or two for these treatments to start working reliably and for costs to come done, but the idea still makes me hopeful for the future.
