How much do we know about mimic anatomy? Are we sure the two are mutually exclusive?
They aren't mutually exclusive. Mimics swallow a lot of things whole.
Perhaps even a mimic full of diamonds
My players have entered the Feywild recently under charges by an Archfey and I've had plenty of signs. Kinda sad they actually read them and are being cautious.
