Seems like something ya mess around with for 20 minutes, realize that their is a lot more to writing than a prompt and never think about it again.

Neat, but also kinda dumb.

a lot more to writing than a prompt

This particular tech seems a lot more than merely providing a prompt. The users also write the story and dialogue. The AI just produces the visuals.

More like general nightmare. This sounds awful

I think Youtube shows what a world is like when everyone can make video content. Most is bad, but some is good, and a small amount is very good. Like any human endeavor.

Sounds like ‘romantic fiction novels.’

AI is going to pumping that shit out by the metric fuck-ton, along with all generic covers.

I like my shows to have writing better than The Big Bang Theory, thank you very much.

Right now, it's likely awful, but it will improve and eventually it will be very good.

Maybe in ten years, people will just input "Star Wars as if directed by Stanley Kubrick" and get a new trilogy out of it. Lawyers would be involved but not sure even Disney could stop it for personal use.
