Oh good. Now they can raise social security to 160 years old and I can keep working until 170.

I can't wait to be a blood bag for some rich douche.

This seems like huge news, what's the catch though? Are the benefits of epigenetic age reversal being overstated?

There's been lots of other research pointing to this and similar phenomena. It's a long journey through government approval and human testing before lab results become commercial products. I'm guessing that is what the story is here.

Sounds like they've figured out how to make adrenochrome out of pigs kind of like they figured out how to make insulin out of pigs.

Not that Adrenochrome is actually a thing but it's the closest analog to the concept that I'm aware of

And pig hearts!

Funny anecdote, but I have a pet pig, and his behavior/brain/whatever seems as close to humans as any animal I've been around.

He seems very close to acting like a 3-4 year old toddler. Much more so than any dog or cat, less so than a primate I'm sure.

Anyhow, I love pigs, but I'm down for growing them for hearts.

"The youth potion is a little problematic; immoral even."

"In what way?"

"The primary ingredient is the blood of children."
