“Available”
Just because I’m literally existing doesn’t mean that time is available.
I didn't use the word available? Who are you quoting??
If your existence doesn't allow for you to have time to move your body, than maybe you should reevaluate how you are existing. How many hours of tv and movies do you watch and how many hours of video games do you play every week?
You’re not going to convince lazy people to get up and move so don’t bother. It’s not worth the headache to argue with them about something that’s good for them.
