I have a bad habit of impulse buying the most random stuff, but to my credit, most of those turn out awesome. If you wanna hear about great impulse buys, that'd be a good topic for another "ask" post (which I will leave as an exercise to the reader).

Here, I want to hear about your worst impulse buys; ones that you regretted almost immediately.

A huge CRT TV for retro gaming. Nearly killed myself trying to get it up the half-flight of stairs into my house. Nowadays I have a small lightweight CRT that is perfect for my needs.

Reminds me of this big screen TV I used to have. Got it for like $20 and was so happy with the purchase...until I had to get it home.

It was one of those giant CRT rear-projection TVs that was the size of a wardrobe and weighed twice as much. I lived on a 3rd floor apartment. My friends hated me...until we finally fired up Halo on the Xbox lol.
