Seems really great that they are not editing DNA or adding drugs that could have hard to predict side effects. (I don't fucking know though.) Just putting different types of cells near each other.

It certainly can. It won't be the official cause of death, but like cancer, it will ravage your body. If you can't keep the immune system in check, shit gets wild.

Futurology was a consistently dumbass-ed subreddit. I haven't blocked the lemmy one yet because it's a great idea if the quality can be there.
