You lessen crime by eliminating poverty. That part is correct. The other parts of this meme are more like incidental details what could happen when a society is richer, not the cause.
Okay, give me the good arguments against VW. I don't know of any, actually, and I'm genuinely shopping here.

Well.... as a current Tesla owner and previous owner of 5 different cars (one of em french!) I have to say that this car has had the worst hardware I've ever experienced. And it sure brings down the experience a tad when -- let's say -- your side door window physically cracks because it failed to raise the window by half a centimeter, so it crashes into the car side when you try to close it. Or when the hinge in the boot just breaks randomly and the remote fix-r-up guy cannot do anything about it. Or when the side mirror just stops working because it's chilly outside.
But sure, the software is pretty ok. And some things remain pretty nice, like the acceleration.
Well, I think I'm pulling the plug too finally and offloading my Tesla to some poor shmuck. Just too many things.
I hope some dealership will give me money for it.

There's a saying that reading history may help prevent repeating the mistakes of history. You should try some of that.
To reiterate: the reason to be anti-fascist has absolutely nothing to do with how good they are at doing things and I don't see any good reasons to hide this fact.
The actual "easy" part is that you can sue anyone for pretty much anything. Suing is entirely different from winning the case.
Why they think they have a chance of winning is the weirder question, especially when Musk publically told the advertisers to go fuck themselves.
