Yes, and I've played them all multiple times. I was referring to NEW Marios and Zeldas. Metroid, too, but Prime 4 will at least be on Switch 1 and who knows when or if the next one will happen.
And 60fps! Well, not for me, I'll be playing on original Switch hardware.
No Zelda or Mario will hurt. But Nintendo's decided I'm just too poor to be worthy of playing their games any more.
Some of us will probably even get to play it early judging by the past several first-party Nintendo games.
Legality is irrelevant, only what will be enforced. This will not be.

...on top of all the other "It's only $X!" subscription services out there. If it's the ONLY subscription you have, sure, that's not bad, but how common is that?
I agree, they need to be humbled, but I have no idea whether they will or not. While the economy is working against them, a LOT of people liked the Switch, and this is a more powerful one rather than a hard-to-understand mess like the Wii U. Genuinely curious to see how the Switch 2 does. My best guess is "modest success."
