This is basically aimed at preventing second hand smoking for children, so its public places where children tend to be.

Good honestly

Yep, that palestinian MEP is Rima Hassan from LFI! God I love her. Hope they all make it out okay.

I don't know how you arrive at this assessment on him but alright, that's fine by me. I don't agree at all with this analysis, it seems kinda fashioned out of nothing. It doesn't align with the few positions i've seen him take, at least recently. I never really watched before a couple months ago and most of that has been about the palestinian genocide, his anti-zionism and coverage of israeli crimes, so idk.

What? That's his name, i don't know what else to call him, mister piker? I barely watch a part of a stream once in a blue moon, sheesh.

Maybe this is being said in a joking way but i'm gonna be real I really don't appreciate this kind of comment, weird thing to say and a weird way to say it, not the vibes i'm used to on hexbear.

same, i sometimes put on his stream if there's something interesting going on but mostly that type of content and the constant derailment by chat annoys me. His message is good and i'm glad he gets people on the right track.

I don't think he's lenin at all. I think he does a good job agitating and educating, that's it. That's much more than most people can claim to do. I disagree that he leads leftists back into the democratic party, then again i'm not american, but that sounds nonsensical to me.

It's when I see people here say shit like "he's a fed" and thinking he may be "making this up" that I'm reminded a lot of people here need to touch grass and do a bit of a reality check lmao.

Hasan is good. This is not surprising. He's doing well to talk about it and make noise about it.

probably what happened to me as well, i remember a large part of my itunes being gone. I switched to downloading and managing my library manually on musicbee and haven't stopped, even after switching to linux i still run musicbee through wine.

Given the horrible impact of spotify on the industry and the shady shit going on, i don't regret it, as much as i feel like a weird hermit sometimes for not using spotify or any other streaming service. Nobody can take my music away, and I can use it however i want.

Excited for 0.5.0, there's some much needed upgrades I need like the proper bluetooth headset mode switching. Hope wireplumber can really grow in the years to come, the linux sound stack has always been utter shit and a nightmare to deal with, my biggest problem with linux still.

Sadly still no alternative that comes even close to MusicBee.

I need one that does it all. Extremely large library, complete and complex searching, filtering, changing which columns are displayed/how, complete tags editing and display including less common ones, and the ability to add custom library tags (such as tags for grouping purposes, which I use extensively on top of Genre and Comment). Also need gapless play, ability to add fade in/out and control the length of that fade either when skipping or between all tracks, ability to edit the start/end of some tracks, etc. And good tools for auto-tagging, automatically fetching album art, easy re-organizing like MusicBee which allows you to auto-rename and move selected files along customizable rules, etc etc etc. MusicBee has tons of really good tools and 90% of them are basically required for how I organize and add to my library. And a clean and configurable UI where I can decide what I want to see and where it is, wavebar, visualizers, good controls and a nice auto-DJ, etc etc.

Works really well with Wine now, but still there's some annoying things like it not being detected as a media source, and not being recognized by the normal media buttons/widgets. Also recurring audio problems (need to refresh Pipewire or switch the sink) which have gotten better but still not quite there.

God audio stuff on linux still has a long way to go.
