I miss old YouTube so much it hurts omg. i miss how it wasn't about engagement, branding, money or camera quality, it was about broadcasting yourself and having fun. now it's become a bland corporate shell of what it used to be and half of my recommendations are AI slop lol

source: I'm so old I remember when YouTube vids were rated with stars and everyone had neon channels with funky text

I think if you can't optimise your games enough or deliver on graphics card specs then faking it till you make it isn't a good band aid for that. feels like false advertising. is this really an unpopular opinion? i thought most people disliked this trend

Israel and Palestine have both done some horrid things to each other and deprived each other of basic needs. That isn’t something where genocide comes to mind.

What Israel is doing to Palestine IS a genocide. there's no debate about that

Never been a Musk fan but I remember on Reddit everyone was calling him the "nerd king" who would change the world

A lot of it is AI slop now too

Fuck, I'm showing my age here but it was a Windows CE with a blocky CRT monitor

Just wondering if this is a common thing people do lol. Saw a flight to Ireland was an ATR-72, a prop plane. so I chose another flight and I got an A320 instead

I (32 F) like the look/vibe (love the flannel/plaid look especially). I also like how intimidating they can be. I'm not sure how I'd go about trying to find one, though.
