Are there incompatibilities or performance issues?

I'm planning on upgrading in the near future and start messing with stable diffusion and other AI projects and I'm running Linux (I use Arch, btw) so I was leaning towards AMD instead of Nvidia.

Minecraft was already awesome when I purchased it in 2011, I didn't have to get promised vague future features.

Graphene OS users, what options are available for backing up your phone? I tried looking for an answer but wasn't able to find anything recent on this topic.

I want to try it but this is the one thing holding me back.

If you got COVID and lost the ability to taste things, did it ever come back? Otherwise, did you experience any other long term consequences from the pandemic in general? in c/asklemmy@lemmy.world

Lost my sense of smell and taste for about three weeks but then it went back to normal.

I didn't have any other symptoms and didn't realize I had COVID until I tried smelling some freshly blended horseradish and couldn't smell anything, but man did it still burn the nostrils. Would not recommend.

I have a friend that also had it and lost smell and taste for a month or two and it's mostly come back, but coffee tastes disgusting to him now.

I saw that change happen with my boss.

He got an iPhone 3G when it came out and then every year when Apple would release a new phone he HAD to have the latest one as soon as it came out.

Once Apple released the iPhone X he changed his tune and got fed up with the UI changing around and unfamiliarity and decided to stick with his 8 and whatever version of iOS until he was forced to replace it.
