My husband's mom bought our cats a chirping kicky toy that I guess is supposed to look kind of like a ferret. It was really shrill and annoying and they wouldn't leave it alone because the noises made them so curious. It mysteriously vanished later on christmas day lmao.

The blockchain is still a "focus" for Square Enix in 2024, along with "aggressive" use of AI in gamedev in c/gaming@lemmy.zip

I completed Assassin's Creed Mirage last night so now I'm just cleaning up some of the easier to get trophies and then I'm going to play AC Valhalla until I get bored of the AC formula lmao

I self host using Debian on a 2010 macbook pro with a core 2 duo in it. It works well.
