Cool. I'd rather China have it than some American megacorp.

I trust China more.

Then Columbia put 50% tariffs on the US.

Love it.

Good. They should get rid of him by any means necessary.

Good. Love to see it.

Starve the beast. Don't pay your taxes either. Go to HR and change your tax withholding to tax exempt.

You'll catch fines eventually. But in the meantime your check will be a little bigger and you'll be denying tax funds to a fascist government.

If we ever get a sane government I'll pay those fines happily.

Shocking.

Good. Hope the whole industry goes bust.

Well congrats to them I guess. The industry coordinated to recreate cable and its reviving the piracy that affordable streaming cut way down on back in the day.

It will actually.

In its current form the dems are a center-right republican-lite party. They serve the same oligarchs the Rs do.

You see that in the policies they push and support. Or rather, the lack of policies. They don't do anything constructive that would actually help people unless it's a PR stunt when they need a little boost. And even then they lash it down with narrow scope and means testing.

They are supposed to be the opposition. As in oppose. But they don't. They refuse to. And they actively work to keep people who want to work for the good of the people out of positions of influence. If the dems wanted to, they would never lose an election again. But they don't want to.

Do you know why we have term limits? It's because the populist policy and social programs instituted by FDR made him so popular he was elected to 3 terms as president. Minimum wage, labor laws, social security, etc.
