I preferred the ship of Phantom Hourglass more to the train but I agree that Spirit Tracks felt much more polished and fun.
Except that last flute challenge which can fuck off
Just wanna throw in an honorable mention for X-Wing Alliance although the entire X-Wing series is incredible if a little dated these days
Drums are implemented but unfortunately no vocals. Still pretty fun but not the classic experience
Guitar Hero exposed me to the idea that there was great music that wasn't on the radio and inspired me to pick up an instrument

That one may be my favorite product placement in a game. It's so absurd it becomes ironically funny
Easily the worst story of any game I've played but my god the gameplay is incredible. I think I've put like 150 hours into replaying because it's just so fun.
