A bunch of obnoxious little shits. I think lemmy populace took them as far-right wing assholes, but I think that wasn't actually right. They simply acted as spoilt kids during puberty.

It's what explodingheads renamed itself to after everyone blocked it.

I've always wanted to archive stuff, but storage costs keep getting in the way. Any idea if there's some trick people use to get around it? I'd love me a tape robot, but that's stupid expensive.

I'm still excited. I've probably used it long enough to simply not miss autocorrect. And it does multilingual bit very well!

Can't recall what the title was, but I do remember reading a guide of sorts that essentially boiled down to "start following tags first, you can filter people later".

Serves as a reminder that there's always someone faster than you!

This is a sensationalized title. As always - nobody ever reads the bloody articles. What he actually said was

we're not going to hit the climate goals anyway because we're not organized to do it.

Is he that wrong? Do you think we actually are organized enough?

For some reason decided to give Kenshi a shot. Big mistake. What a timesink!

For those already owning one - try setting up pihole or an equivalent. Sony could be serving ads from a domain used by something like a cdn, but I bet they don't.

You won't win this one here. Lemmy is disappointingly facebook-like in terms of their seemingly endless desire to be told what to do every step of their lives.

I realise the numbers are sort of made up, but in general I fully agree. I do sometimes think that politicians regulate for the sake of it, as if justifying their existence.

EDIT: you guys have dug up some truly horrible pisstakes :D Thank you for those.

To the serious folk - relax a little. This is Mildly Infuriating, not I'm dying if this doesn't stop. As a non-native speaker I was taught a certain way to use the language. The rules were not written down by me, nor the teachers - it was done by the native folk. Peace!

The launch has been successful!
