I feel like Spotify's recommendations have seriously gone downhill in the last two or three years. Most of the new music I actually like I've found in music comms on Lemmy

I remember having BMI tests before training and once in boot camp, but not after I got to my first duty station. I was quite underweight when I was serving, but that was so long ago that I assumed they'd moved on to a better standard by now lol

I prefer plain sparkling water. No flavors or sweetener, just bubbles. Unfortunately my bladder doesn't agree that it's the best way to consume liquid, so now I'm dehydrated all the time because I can't convince myself to just drink still water like a normal human

The VA secretary already said a doctor can refuse to treat a veteran if they are an unmarried woman, among other things like atheism or being LGBTQ+. I can only imagine how hard anyone will have to fight for their benefits during this administration

I have a 9 foot cat tower that is tensioned into place against the ceiling. My 14 pound cat flies on and off it like the floor is lava, and it hasn't budged yet

I'm aware of that. I am not sure why you told me to watch that video when I was trying to figure out why they chose folinic acid supplements specifically. Because folic acid and folinic acid can really make people with MTHFR deficiency sick, and for some it also worsens their autism symptoms.
