Because it's talking about quality of sleep rather than time it takes to get to sleep

You would hate this goddamn bird outside my window that doesn't shut up from 5:30-10:30 every morning

I learnt from Alnwick Castle poison garden in north England that catnip makes humans grouchy, and historically was used by executioners to feel less bad about executing people. No idea how true that is but it makes an interesting thought!

I love listening to heavy dark techno, really gets me going. I use the Techno Bunker playlist on Spotify, it automixes it as well so there aren't any awkward gaps

My absolute most hated saying from reddit is 'boss makes a dollar, I make a dime, that's why I shit on company time'. I don't know, it just really irritates me! I totally agree with the sentiment, it's just the rhyme makes it feel so childish and reactionary.

I have a friend who writes 'a bit' as one word... '"I was feeling abit weird". That really peeves me!

Honestly I love each of the avalanches albums, I understand that their sound changed a lot and that isn't gonna sit well with everyone but I see the genius in each one for their own reasons

There's nothing stopping you still! I find the ritual of placing the disc and needle and turning it over halfway through is quite satisfying. It really makes me feel as though the music is more valuable and I'll be more likely to actively listen rather than if I just put it on my phone with the tap of a button
