You don't like having it duck you over when you're really trying to duck? 😜

CI/CD processes.

What does this stand for, and what are these (in layman's terms anyway, not expecting a deep dive)?

Unsurprisingly, more closely related species of similar body size and microhabitat use are more likely to be engaged in misdirected amplexus with each other.

So...They're similar enough that any arousal confusion is incidentally amplified? I guess they may not be similar enough for this behavior to be successful and produce increased genetic diversity among themselves, though? 🤨

By tools I mean anything from alternate frontends to add-ons/extensions for browsers or anything else. By features I mean any built-in features the service may provide to give you some degree of customization or control over your experience, e.g. lists/blocking/keyword filtering/etc.

Thanks in advance!

Ooh, I'd never heard of nor seen these before, thanks!

The move — the latest escalation of Gov. Gavin Newsom’s pressure campaign on cities to help solve the housing crisis — means Norwalk could lose eligibility for state housing and homelessness grants, and be forced to approve affordable housing projects even if they conflict with city zoning.

I'm confused, how would they fund the housing projects they may be compelled to approve without the grants, given that some of the contention in all of this is an insufficient provision of resources?

What are they?

I find that it at least got easier after I started to think about this as I created things.

How so? Also for what it's worth, I'm not expecting answers, but some ideas or guidance, whether from others' approaches or what they've come across in others' practice.

What about ON? Symbiotic/commensalist relationship of letting the beetle rest around your eyes for illusion of wondrous eyelashes?

Are the chokers somewhat adjustable to fit different size necks? Do you have any dislike or fear of giraffes? If yes and no, you might look into getting some giraffe dolls that are firm enough to basically wear and display the chokers and ease your selection.

You could even slightly decorate the giraffes to help in sorting them, supposing the wearing of chokers wasn't enough for your tastes.

Seems likely big businesses would be obvious targets for tons of unwanted phone calls, so how do they deal with this?

Technically, I have some online activity I could try to refer to for work purposes, but it would mean sharing content tied to usernames/profiles I think of more as casual and personal. I could delete those profiles and move the relevant work to usernames/profiles I'm willing to share, but then I'm less likely to use those as much for portfolio building as I wouldn't want to contribute/do things online under a more public-facing profile, or link my personal ones to said profile.

Any which way I think about it involves crossing private/public streams I'd prefer to keep uncrossed, but I'm thinking I may be overlooking some compromises that could work, so what might those be?

Also open to recommendations for similar diagnostic software for other data storage media like SSDs, flash drives, and SD cards. Just wanted to keep the title short and specific. If you're making recommendations for tools for the other types of media, please mention that.

Thanks in advance!

Thanks for the heads-up on this! Didn't realize that was in the works

[–] ALostInquirer@lemm.ee 2 points 3 weeks ago

Interesting, thanks! It sounds like you could hide the ability to vote either way then on an instance's frontend, but as you say, it wouldn't really do much to address voting activity from either other frontends or instances.

[–] ALostInquirer@lemm.ee 3 points 3 weeks ago (2 children)

Yeah, that's along the lines of what I'm asking about, albeit instead of a subscription check more like, I think, however the instances disabling/removing downvoting have done so, but adjusting the scope strictly to the Local or All views.

Another approach to addressing outsider/passive voting behaviors.

Given that instances can disable downvoting altogether, it led me to wondering...

Asking for clarification as what I've read suggests yes, but is also sometimes coupled with advice to (still?) set a static IP outside of the DHCP address range as well.

Thanks in advance!
