That year he had a brain hemorrhage whose fallout grew worse over time while his wife’s health was also in decline.

And we don't even know when that picture was taken.

(Though I suppose this is more a snarky comment about Trump and Biden, in which case, carry on :) )

When boomers were younger, they still gave a shit about affordable housing because they needed it.

True, but still, if they started aging in reverse that wouldn't mean they'd start caring again, they still have their houses. On the contrary, they still have their houses and see them as investment so they'd be interested in less affordable housing to drive prices up.

On one side this is kind of a nice thought, on the other one, we already had so many examples in the past where the wifes were just killed off once the husband died which makes it very creepy.
