Huh, if the boomers were getting younger they'd stay in their houses, why would housing get more affordable?

When boomers were younger, they still gave a shit about affordable housing because they needed it.

True, but still, if they started aging in reverse that wouldn't mean they'd start caring again, they still have their houses. On the contrary, they still have their houses and see them as investment so they'd be interested in less affordable housing to drive prices up.
