Going srs on the meme here, but irregular fighters are generally terrible. No standard of training or fitness, no command structure, no logistics networks. Fighting behind enemy lines with little to no support is usually the bailiwick of highly trained commandos, not tubby white dads who go hunting once a year during 6-day rifle season.
