My call ringtone and text ringtones are pad noises from Star Trek. My alarm is the red alert sound.

I used the communicator chime for a long time, but these days I'm basically permanently in do-not-disturb. My phone only makes sound when a close contact calls, or for a timer/alarm. Anything else can wait.
My ringtone is the music from the battle of the Mutara Nebula from the Wrath of Khan. My text message notification is the photon torpedo sound.
My phone is always on vibration since 4 phones ago. If I miss it I'll call you back, If I don't that's your answer
Portal theme tune, the one that plays through the radio when you are in the start habitat. Works beautifully.
Mario kart wii options sound lol, it's actually perfect for a ringtone
There's this guy who I help with his computer and anytime he gets a text it goes "Hey good lookin! You just got a text!" which is fucking insane and also I love it at the same time
Third Sanctuary from Deltarune by Toby Fox.
There's a lot of emotional investment in that song at the moment. And the ringtone is just the very first riff on repeat, as that part sounds like an actual ringtone (wondering if that's on purpose)
This song is famous for having an absolutely insane time signature that somehow works, as shown in this visualizer: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=De0FDShxgrs
Fellow Deltarune ringtone!!
I got Now's Your Chance To Be A
Back in the day I had my entire phone setup with a custom Metroid 2 sound theme that I put together from MIDIs, plus custom ringtones for my dozen or so most frequent contacts. I remember using Power Puff Girls for my wife, TMNT for her boyfriend, Sailor Moon for my girlfriend, and Little Honda for my dad.
Nowadays itβs on silent all the time so I donβt bother. :(
If my phone ever makes a single sound without me having pushed 'play' on some media, my first impulse is to throw it into traffic. I feel the same way about my computer.
Fresh Prince of Bel-Air outro.
It's kind of silly, but a long time ago when I pirated more games and software, I stumbled onto one of these key generators for one of my programs that I thought just had the best chiptune lol. Anyway, it has been my ringtone for years and years now.
My text tone is the RCT1/2 notification sound. Works perfectly as a phone notification noise haha. I've had this one for years and years too.
not silly, i'm using a midi from an old dos game!
The satellite phone ringtone from Jurassic Park 3.
Star Trek communicator sound that I downloaded, haha
Me too, the original communicator from the 1960s!
I've been using the same sound for several years across multiple phone changes, and when my now-wife-then-coworker heard it at work one day she made fun of me. Now she's a Trekkie too, haha.
Silent these days. For a while I used the "black headcrab nearby" sound from HL2 as a text tone tho. Was fun watching people's reactions to it.
I had a weird itch that I just had to get the KotOR 2 Telos Apartment Console Ringtone for my phone, but I couldn't find it until I just found some weird scuffed version on Zedge that also had the Telos cantina music in the background with it.
Technically default, but none of my devices make any sounds. Watch notifies me of events only haptically.
I stopped bothering to personalize my phones, because they don't feel personal. They're just disposable tools.
My ringtone is the bandit radio from STALKER: Clear Sky. Cheeki breeki!
Π Π½Ρ Π§ΠΈΠΊΠΈ-ΠΡΠΈΠΊΠΈ ΠΈ Π² ΠΠ°ΠΌΠΊΠΈ!
My ringtone is now default. But for a long time it used to be the aqua teen hunger force "dancing is forbidden" song, without the starting noise of the baseball bat destroying the radio.
My alarm is also some default now, but it used to be a 5 second long loop of the EVE online shield alarm closely followed by the hull alarm .
Most of the time my phone is on silent but I use a custom recording of bamboo blocks as a ringtone otherwise.
tristram from diablo. it's great cos i seem to be the only one with it, so i never confuse someone else's phone ring for mine
It was the ringtone from Crank for a whileβ¦ but now I havenβt a clue what my ringtone is - whatever came by default on my phone. I donβt think Iβve ever intentionally turned it off silent.
It's like dun-dun dun dun-dun-dun dun dun dun-dun. DUHN-DUHN DUHN-DUHN-DUHN-DUHN DUHN DUHN DUHN-DUHN.
- Phone call: Circuit (from iOS, copied over from when I used an iPhone)
- Notification: Pizzicato (mostly for nostalgia)
- Alarm: Argon (sometimes have to switch it up or I'll sleep through)
In practice, it's on silent at the office and vibrate elsewhere.
I have different Owen Wilson 'wow's for each of my most regular contacts message notifications.
For my ringtone it's the metal gear solid codec call.
The default one. Haven't even opened the ringtone page in the settings.
Inspector Gadget theme song
Mine's the Steel Samurai theme from Ace Attorney
hell yea
