The guarantee seems like a great way to inspire confidence and peace if mind in their system by putting their money where their mouth is.

What is Tesla's approach to this?

Yeah, the guarantee definitely inspires confidence.

What is Tesla's approach to this?

Tesla have no such guarantee. With the exception of the limited robotaxi service in Austin, the owner/driver of the vehicle is currently responsible for any losses.
