This is really improper horse riding technique. Its nearly essential to yell 'yee haw' when doing any sort of horseback loop.
I also didn't hear any "Whoa there" but that one is highly situational so may not apply.
It's implied in the music.
I don't know, I believe this footage might have been tampered with.

Literally cannot play without this mod
It's so good it's unreal. I just took to making a modlist for Daggerfall. I think this one will stay on my load order, once I have my fun using DREAM and other mods to overhaul the visuals and scope.
