My mod on youtube (he mods other streams as well) has lost the use of the only TTS he was able to find that worked. I would like to find at least a good plugin for a browser, or even something to work across apps on his windows 11.

What is the use case you are looking for?

Is it for accessibility to read out text on a website? Recording voice lines for YouTube videos?

It is for accessibility on YouTube mainly, as a mod not the host, and would be nice if he could use it with discord as well. He's on windows 11

Kokoro 82m, but it's fairly new. It's very quick tho, and the quality is acceptable (not elven labs quality but not too far off). There's multiple voices, some are better then others.

I think Tabletop Simulator is still the gold standard with a huge library of community made content.

In this context, TTS is Text To Speech which is an accessibility program for people who are visually impaired.
