Sleep mask covering my eyes. My chambers may be flooded with light to chase away the ghouls of darkness, yet not a hint of light will reach my vision to disturb my slumber.

Also the tightness feels kinda comforting, and I've started to associate it with good sleep and fall asleep faster now because of it

Ps. And no energy drink, coffee or caffeinated or sugary soda past 16.

Not having caffeine during the day, and exercising pretty hard (neither of these things usually happen).

Exercise earlier in the day helps too! If you work out right before bed you're going to have a hard time falling asleep.

The right herbs can help. Sleepytime tea is really good 👍

From what I hear from others, I'm really lucky this way, but I tend to go to sleep when I'm tired. Also, my watch's alarm clock wakes me up really nicely, trying to not interrupt a REM cycle, vibrating first then gradually playing rainforest sounds, so I usually feel rested in the morning.

Lately it's been warmth.

Exercise that day. No caffeine after noon. Don't eat junk. Vape or eat a little weed during the evening. - Not right before bed.
