Don't take medical advice from people on the internet. Go to a doctor.
I'm only looking for people with similar experiences
A lot of things can, social anxiety, autsim, and grieving are probably the three most likely.
Anxiety disorder? Panic disorder? PTSD? Probably best to start with a medical doctor, then a psychologist if needed.
Psychological or possibly medical disorders. There is a whole branch of clinical practice to deal with this. It might or might not help, but it probably beats asking the internet.
Sounds like PTSD to me. Your fight/flight mode is getting switched randomly to flight. For me it was "freeze".
Drug addiction? Trauma? Brain tumor? Cold temperatures?
I don't do drugs ever. I do have twenty years of trauma though 🎊
Hopefully I don't have a brain tumor.
I like the cold especially when the snow pelts my face while I ride on an electric scooter
As someone currently dealing with processing past trauma; It’s the fucking trauma.
Fucking annoying how often it’s the trauma, really.
Season it with a little hypervigilance

Psychologically, those symptoms could be attributed to anxiety or trauma related disorders. You may find it helpful to start by keeping notes about when/where/etc these bouts occur, as there may be underlying patterns that you haven't noticed yet. I would recommend doing some reading on "emotional flashbacks" and consider whether you relate to what you find
Anxiety is the most common cause of this. For further details seek professional help.
Exhaustion.
It could be a lot of things. This usually happens to me because of feelings I haven't really processed, just shoved down.
Anxiety disorder?
Rabies?
