Popcorn nachos are not my jam. I just went ahead and googled it: https://www.cheetos.com/recipes/cheetos-flamin-hot-spicy-vodka-pasta

This looks amazing. I'll probably make a slight modification by lightly browning the onions and garlic and by using vodka to deglaze instead of dumping it in with the cream at the same time
