A little, yes.
So, any level of integration is going to involve that. IIRC Even now we have to respect EU heritage foods designations as part of CETA.
Multiple times. And if you read the EU charter, membership is only open to countries in Europe. The charter would have to be changed.
Clearly you haven't read the whole thing either, because it's not. Cyprus is fully in Asia.
(And I actually read parts of it just earlier today, FWIW)
