You can read in that shitty post why they believe it though: all of those undesirables are "indoctrinated" which makes them enemy combatants, therefore it is good they are mercilessly killed.

They seem to think that the Geneva Convention was authored by effete intellectuals, rather than a hard-nosed agreement between some of history's most brutal warfighters about what was a bad idea for all involved in the next war (which they absolutely thought was coming, and were preparing for).
