You can read in that shitty post why they believe it though: all of those undesirables are "indoctrinated" which makes them enemy combatants, therefore it is good they are mercilessly killed.

Many western Christians support Zionism, it's easy to excuse massacres when you believe they are all being freed from sin and going to heaven. Even if they might be Innocent, God will figure it out according to them.
