This show is one of my favorites, some high level giggles and memorable moments.

The guy who played Pillboi is in everything. And he'll always be Pillboi to me.

[–] teft@lemmy.world 48 points 1 month ago

I was just chilling, being nothing. And then all of a sudden, I was!

[–] SidewaysHighways@lemmy.world 23 points 1 month ago (1 children)

He's my favorite character in lower decks

[–] FlyingSquid@lemmy.world 19 points 1 month ago (2 children)

Yeah, he does a ton of VO work too. But he'll also just pop up all over the place in live action shows and I'll see him and invariably say, "it's Pillboi!"out loud.

[–] Mister_Feeny@fedia.io 12 points 1 month ago (2 children)

Sorry, but the correct thing to say when he pops up in something else is, "Oh dip! Pillboi!"

I hope you rectify your behavior.

Hey man, fork you! I'll call Pillboi whatever I want. I swear, shorthead aceholes everywhere...

[–] AppaYipYip@lemmy.world 1 points 1 month ago

I always say "Digiorno!" when I see him.

How is Pillboi a hacker in Brooklyn all of a sudden?! (Nine nine!)

Im prerry sure I've heard him in Wendy's commercials voiceovers selling me burgers or somewhere like that and it was just so funny because I can't shake that roll from him either.

Anytime I had a problem, I threw a molotov cocktail, and BOOM! Now I have a different problem. 😀

Jason was one hot chick lecturing him on class solidarity away from being a true comrade

[–] dragonfucker@lemmy.nz 4 points 1 month ago

Yo, Jason, mah boi! Got a big brain buster to tell you about. You know when you're working at a company, and the work you do makes the company money? And you know how they give you a paycheck at the end of the week? Well get this: The paycheck they give you is ALWAYS worth less than the work you did for them! That's what profit is! It's the money you made for them that they didn't pay you for. Profit is just stealing from employees!

How did you make that so fast?

Sith art of Bortling.

That show ended at the perfect time. Didn't drag it out, and left you wanting more. The opposite of the walking dead.

[–] Sculptor9157@sh.itjust.works 4 points 1 month ago

The show was the real zombie all along.

[–] Moneo@lemmy.world 2 points 1 month ago

I felt like it dragged a lot in seasons 3/4 but the ending was fantastic.
