It it pretty rare for my partners to date each other, so most breakups are usually “normal“. Even when they do, one breakup only concerns the two people involved, unless something really bad prompted it, which has never happened to me directly.

I don’t shower to wash my body, I shower to wash my mind. The fact it also cleans my body is just a welcome side-effect 😆

I think local businesses should still be allowed some form of advertisement, and also especially local cultural establishments to advertise what shows are currently running. In limited, dedicated spaces.

Otherwise, I agree. No more ads.

The extreme irony of course, is that the same kind of person who thinks school shootings don’t exist, is the kind of person who shoots up a school.

From their example, seems like all they’ve “innovated” is a new, less reliable way to write database queries !

Great news ! Everything should be a non-profit, honestly.

I kinda wish I liked Mastodon, but I think the very format of Twitter-like social media was a bad idea from the start. Mastodon just feels like the least bad version of it.

I don’t think humans do well with access to a stream unfiltered, nearly-contextless random thoughts from other people.

That’s pretty cool !

If I had to do this myself, I would probably choose NixOS, so that I could write up a config on one of the PCs, and the deploy the exact same thing on every single one and be certain the build is perfectly reproduced.

Though I’m sure there are similar tools for other distros, but that’s what I know.
