If only there was a summary of said article right here in the comment section, not even a click away

it has been shown that the MATE-XT upper limb exoskeleton and the MATE-XB lumbar device can reduce users’ effort by up to 30 percent

I guess every little bit helps, but I thought they'd be shooting for something like 50+% at least

we'll know if the tipping point is reached because it'll be violent. This isn't violent

do we need to go through the differences in training, aptitude and intelligence between pilots, captains and your neighbor Greg again? Marketing it as "autopilot" to anyone who can sign a car loan is reckless and has killed people and will continue to kill people until they stop

yes, my opinion is that 32gb was the minimum spec for a "pro" system 5 years ago. Nowadays, if 32gb is actually enough as a minimum spec then you're in "enthusiast" territory in my opinion, not "pro". Perhaps that's more telling about my standards as a PC enthusiast though, and about how far PC hardware has come

no it wasn't true back then either, CRTs have been doing 100hz and more decades ago and it was very much supported by OSes and games

32gb might have been "pro" 5 years ago but not anymore, not when a run of the mill 32gb DDR5 kit can be had for $100

that doesn't work though when at least half of the 2nd amendment supporters voted for fascism. What are they going to do, take up arms against the party they voted into power themselves?

you know what will solve those problems though? blame them on someone else. "oh yeah that bug, yeah sorry the package we're using messed it up, there's a PR for that"
